Button Badges Increase Demand in October 2009

Button Badges – Manufacturing has delivered 100% of all button badges orders on or before time for the month with 99.80% of these orders being right first time. This is how we measure our performance in line with our vision of being a national leading supplier and the reality is that by setting this high standard our valued customers will return.

Sales have performed strongly against target and after some dramatic last day button badge orders we achieved our business objectives for the first quarter of financial year 09/10.  There was some great energy in the office and I am personally delighted with the way the name badge teams have performed during this period.   Their commitment to customer’s service with passion does make a difference for sure.   We have acquired some excellent new name badge clients who have seen the value of our name badge solutions that take away delays, reduce costs and improve the service levels to our valued clients.  Our award winning SOL’ID on line solution has continued with a steady increase in orders and there are currently running at double compared to the same period last year.

In addition to the name badges we are now developing the system to manage other personalized products for corporate customers.  A new marketing campaign for the SOL’ID on line name badge solution begins this month targeting companies that value identifying their staff in combination with raising the value of their own brand. Button Badges, Metal Badges, Badge Lanyards and Photo ID Cards have also been strong performers for the same period.

There has been a great team effort in redesigning the process flow for the name badge production line and with other external training the results are more outstanding.  Well done again to all the team and we look forward to celebrating in true style later this month. We are delighted with the performance of the company from all functions who have performed to the highest standards and again have raised the benchmark against our competitors for the button badge products, services and solutions.
